The Food Technology and Development Center (FTDC) provides expertise and facilities for baked product development and problem solving. The center occupies 25,000 square feet of the Hodgkins facility.
The FTDC is a secure environment for the efficient development of unique new products including:

  • Cookies, crackers, granola products, cereals, toaster pastries, and dry ingredient and baking product

  • Fruit filled pastries and bars

  • Rotary and wire cut cookie

  • Enrobed, topped and sandwich products

  • Chemically leavened crackers

  • Extruded and co-extruded baked products

  • Baked ingredients and cereals

  • Cold process cereal and granola bars
