The Food Technology and Development
Center (FTDC) provides expertise and facilities for baked product development
and problem solving.
The center occupies 25,000 square feet of the Hodgkins facility.
The FTDC is a secure environment for
the efficient development of unique new products including:

products, cereals, toaster pastries, and dry ingredient and baking
product
